I found Patrick, Best iFix/ Carlisle in a Google search, when my only other option was a costly replacement. In less than 24 hours, I had my phone back, in apparent pristine condition, having undergone a thorough cleaning/drying, saving nearly $500. Patrick was professional, thorough and prompt. Though I may have longer term failure from the water exposure, this was an ideal outcome to extend this phone, hopefully a few more years. I highly recommend Best iFIX as a quality resource for your device - he services other mfgs as well! Google brought my review back in front of me, so I’m jumping on to say that 2 years later my 11 Pro is still going strong after Best IFix repaired the water damage.
